SM project: Front brake discs dual setup

In today’s Supermoto, precision and consistency are everything—whether you are riding mixed asphalt/off-road tracks or pure asphalt setups. To handle these demands, and the ever-growing power of modern bikes, we have developed these new 240 mm floating brake discs. Designed to work seamlessly with our carbon compound brake pads, they ensure stable and consistent braking from the first lap to the last.

• Thermal management: Spreading the workload and weight across two units cuts down system overheating, keeps thermal stress low, and ensures consistent and reliable performance.

• Consistent braking: The synergy between discs and pads compound delivers a sharp bite, alongside smooth and steady braking power during the entire session, preventing fade even after hard, repeated braking.

• Durability and wear resistance: Carefully selected and tested materials, combined with a specialized hole pattern and geometry, promote perfectly uniform pad wear—keeping the compound fresh and preventing glazing.

• Agility: By reducing weight and optimizing the diameter compared to standard 310/320 mm setups, these discs significantly lower the gyroscopic effect. As a result, the motorcycle changes direction faster, handles off-road sections with greater agility, and enters corners with absolute precision.
