Shipment processing time
Some products have a minimum stock and are ordered as soon as we have received an order. Many products are also only manufactured at that time and therefore the delivery times of these products are often longer than usual.
We will keep you well informed by e-mail about the expected delivery date.
We can often deliver these products within 1-4 weeks.
It's also not always possible to return these custom ordered products.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Parcels are sent on business days, delivery can happen during the weekend.
When handling a high volume of orders, we do our best to send you your order.
If there should o cure any delays, we will notify you by mail.

For customers ordering from outside the European Union, all prices are displayed and charged excluding VAT and other European taxes.

Damages
mdcparts.be is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
